By submitting this application, you confirm that the applicant has consented to:

• the collection, use and disclosure of personal information for the purposes of credit adjudication by Thomcat Leasing and its funders and to enable Thomcat Leasing and its assignees to provide leasing services; and
• consent to Thomcat Leasing and its funders obtaining information relating to you from credit reporting agencies in connection with this application.
