How It Works?

Plug-in:

Connect your TD Remote (PR) to the OBDII port Diagnostic Link Connector of the vehicle (DLC).

Select:

If doing an online programming, connect the Ethernet Cable to the Internet router for a stable internet service connection.

Connect:

On the PR screen, select Appointment, choose the Service you need as well as a description of the job you want done, then select the vehicle you are working on from the drop-down menu and send the order ticket.

JOB DONE:

Your ticket will be answered and our technicians will connect to your vehicle remotely and begin the work on the vehicle. Your dedicated technician will update you via the live chat and inform you when the ticket is ready to be closed.
